Download Forge SetupThe storyboard and advert maker turn a script into a finished film, shot by shot. Animated shots can now be played back and approved right on the card — before, the most expensive step in the whole pipeline saved straight to disk with no way to watch it, and the finished film was quietly cut from stills instead. Shot frames and cast pictures display properly too.
Trying a narrator is now free. Every voice ships with the app, so you can listen to all of them as often as you like without spending anything or waiting for a generation — and it works with the internet switched off. Changed your mind after recording? Say a line again — that used to refuse.
Films also come out looking like the style you picked. A photographic film was being quietly told to avoid looking photographic, and subtitles slid a little further out of step with the picture at every dissolve. Both are fixed. And the running total now prices the animation quality you actually picked, instead of always quoting the dearer one.
You can also click any cast picture or shot frame to open it full size and zoom in — approving a face decides what every later shot is built from, and that is not a judgement you can make from a thumbnail. Music you add from your own computer now plays in the app before you commit it to a render, and recording all the voice-overs shows its progress where you can see it.
Put a password on a PDF or take one off, rebuild a file that will not open, fill in a form, see every page and drag them into order, turn one back into Word or slides, and crop, sign, compare or convert — on top of merge, split, rotate, watermark and the rest. All free, with no limits. Twenty of the twenty-three run on your own computer: the file is never uploaded, nothing is charged, and they work with the internet switched off. Your original is never changed — each result is saved beside it under a new name.
Three are honest exceptions and say so before you use them: Summarise and Translate send the document's text to a model, which costs a little from your balance, and Web page to PDF has to fetch the page. Nothing else here touches the network.
New in 0.9.2: make a scanned PDF searchable. A scan is just a photograph of paper — you cannot select a word or search it. Forge reads the text off the page and puts it back invisibly, so the document looks the same but can be searched, selected and copied. Like everything else here it runs on your own computer, works offline, and costs nothing. Clear scans read best; handwriting will not work.
0.9.1 also fixes the update notice, which used to appear once and could then be missed for good. A waiting update now stays marked in the top bar until you restart, and the reminder returns if you put it aside.

Create Video has a guided scene editor, while People & Teams, Secure Mail, Sessions, MCP Servers, Forge DevOps and Forge Business now follow the same uncluttered workspace model.
Describe your characters once and Forge keeps their faces the same across every scene. Write the script, pick how long each shot runs, and it generates the pictures and the voiceover and cuts them together on your own computer — thirty seconds to ten minutes. The joining is free; you see the exact price before anything is generated. Also new: Seedance 2.5 for single clips up to thirty seconds with sound, and WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram alongside Telegram in Social.
Your AI employees now keep working while the app is closed too: cloud-capable work runs on Forge's servers, pauses at every approval, and syncs back the moment you open the app. Work that needs your computer waits for it — nothing is uploaded without your say-so.
